Our Story
In the current economic climate, many small charities cannot afford to employ someone to cover administration. We provide outsourcing of office services to fill this need.
Many providers offer administration services but we wanted to offer a more personal approach to our clients; offering the service that best suits them. Therefore we have pooled a number of areas of expertise within ASL to offer a rounded approach to outsourcing charity support services. This ensures you receive continuity alongside a professional service, whether it be for just a few hours on a one-off, infrequent basis or long term.
Our Team
We have over 30 years of experience working with small ccharity and voluntary sector organisations. We have experience in all areas of administration. Whether providing someone to answer the phone, cover reception or the full secretarial package.
Wendy has particular expertise in small charity trustee and board management, ensuring compliance and submission of all necessary paperwork to the charity commission and companies house, arranging board meetings, minute taking and distribution. She spent nine years working with Charityshare, a not-for-profit IT service provider.
We also provide a payroll facility, recruitment support and staff dispute mediation.
